As the first biopharmaceutical themed professional industrial park in Dongguan, it is invested and constructed by Dongguan Biotechnology Industry Development Co., Ltd., a wholly state-owned platform specializing in the development of the biotechnology industry in Dongguan. The park is an ecological technology and garden style biological theme park that combines natural mountain landscapes, positioned as the central park of Dongguan's biotechnology industry. The park will create an internal and external dual circulation of "core industries" + "upstream and downstream supporting industries in the industrial chain" + "capital pool" to assist every link of the development of biotechnology enterprises, achieving deep integration and development of the industrial chain, innovation chain, talent chain, and capital chain.
The project covers an area of 111000 square meters, with a total construction area of nearly 320000 square meters. The first phase has a construction area of 120000 square meters and consists of 6 R&D office headquarters buildings with 755 underground parking spaces. The first phase will be completed and delivered in the second half of 2024. The second phase of the project is M0 new industrial land, with a total construction area of 200000 square meters. It consists of 5 production factories, 2 dormitories, and 1 supporting service building, with 1240 above ground and underground parking spaces. The project is planned to start construction within 2024.

M0 new industrial land, covering an area of 54000 square meters, can accept services of single building customized products to innovate enterprise productivity, and will start construction in 2024.
With over 50 acres of ecological mountain gardens and a green space ratio of 43.4%, the building, landscape, and the nature blend and coexist. It is a smart city park for office use, with an open social platform on the ground floor, and a shared communication space for leisure and interaction.
